Some of our Humanitarian Efforts
We sponsor, promote and support charitable, humanitarian causes around the world.
Supporting Orphans in Ukraine
Beyond shelter, this appeal supports children with love, education, and hope. Urgent needs include medical and physiotherapy equipment, plus refurbishment of recreational and living spaces so children can thrive.
Ukraine Peace Education
UPF’s “Peace Schools” initiative brings character education to 30–40 schools, encouraging peace through volunteer projects and a yearly Peace Congress. The programme continues to broaden its impact through community engagement and supportive projects.
Nigeria Character Education
UPF–UK supports a nationwide character education programme aiming to train over 4,500 teachers, helping young people develop moral values and reduce negative behaviours. Support is sought for curriculum development, teacher training, textbooks, pilots, and evaluation.
Sudan Crisis
Conflict has forced thousands to flee without basic necessities. UPF-UK supported humanitarian efforts helping facilitate delivery of essential supplies—food, water, medication, and medical equipment—through partner agencies and local distribution.
Youth Projects and Activities
Youth initiatives include Young Achiever Podcast programmes featuring nominees for the annual Young Achievers Award, plus proposed youth-led projects that require funding to develop and deliver meaningful impact.
Libya Floods
Following the devastation of Storm Daniel, UPF-UK contributed to relief efforts amid difficult conditions. The support reflects compassion in crisis and solidarity with communities affected by compounding challenges.
